Is it safe to use my credit card online at Sadfairy?
Yes, it is secure to use your credit card for purchases on our online store. Sadfairy is PCI(Payment Card Industry) Compliant. Therefore, we do not store any payment or financial information in our system.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the case you would like to return an item, please email us and a return label will be provided for you.
How can I check the status of my order?
To track items that have already shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification email that includes a tracking number and estimated delivery date. We also have a built in tracking page that can be found under the "track your order" tab.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Sadfairy deliveries currently take 1-3 weeks to arrive to their destination. Because of the current pandemic our production proccess is slightly slower but that being said we have never had a shipment to the destination take more than 3 weeks. On average the customer can expect a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number after it has been processed. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive.
